Bonus Days definition

Bonus Days. The ten (10) days “Parental Leave” shall be used within thirty (30) days from the birth of the child.

Examples of Bonus Days in a sentence

  • A regular full time employee of the City shall be given Bonus Days provided the employee has earned sick pay benefits in the previous year, in accordance with the Bonus Day Table set forth below: For the purpose of bonus vacation, unpaid sick days taken will be applied in the same manner as paid sick days.

  • All compensatory time off, Bonus Days and vacations shall be selected by seniority by shift among canine handlers regardless of station assignment.

  • The first ten (10) sick days when used in accordance with this section shall have no effect on Bonus Days as provided in Section 2125.72.

  • In order to continue eligibility for Bonus Days the employee must maintain a balance of at least 480 160 hours of accumulated sick leave.

  • If employees contribute to the Catastrophic Leave Bank, those hours will not count against perfect attendance to qualify for these Bonus Days.

  • The ten (10) days when used in accordance with this section shall have no effect on Bonus Days as provided in Section 2129.58 “Bonus Days.” The ten (10) days “Parental Leave” shall be used within thirty (30) days from the birth of the child.

Association members with leave balances as of June 30, 2018 will have those days grandfathered and placed into an escrow account to be paid to administrator at $80.00 per day of upon the Administrator’s resignation of employment. Appendix A references accrued leave day amounts and pending provisions for a financial settlement with the Administrator as it may apply. It is expressly understood the aforementioned leave days, leave bank and bonus days shall not be included in any payment to the Administrator upon resignation/termination of employment.

Related to Bonus Days

  • Duty Days means all days during the taxable year from the beginning of the professional athletic team’s official preseason training period through the last game in which the team competes or is scheduled to compete.
