Bonus Days. An Administrator who used one or fewer leave days, during the school year will be entitled to two (2) incentive days with the intent that they will be used during the subsequent school year. Appendix A references accrued leave day amounts and pending provisions for a financial settlement with the Administrator as it may apply. It is expressly understood the aforementioned leave days, leave bank and bonus days shall not be included in any payment to the Administrator upon resignation/termination of employment.
