Bonus Target Percentage definition

Bonus Target Percentage means a percentage of the Participant’s Base Salary.
Bonus Target Percentage has the meaning ascribed thereto in the Management Incentive Plan.

Examples of Bonus Target Percentage in a sentence

  • The Bonus Target Percentage shall be reviewed for increase by the Compensation Committee of the Board in good faith not less often than annually.

  • In the event of death or disability, Employee’s estate shall receive payment of all unpaid or accrued salary and the pro-rata amount (based on the number of days of the applicable fiscal year in which Employee was employed prior to termination) of the Bonus Target Percentage for such fiscal year applicable to Employee, accrued but unused PTO, and then-vested Awards or other equity participation then held by Employee (all the foregoing, the “Accrued Obligations”), pro-rated to the Expiration Date.

  • The Bonus Target Percentage which shall apply to Executive each year during the term of this Agreement pursuant to the EVA Bonus Plan shall be 60% of Executive’s Salary.

  • The Bonus Target Percentage may be increased, but not decreased below its then current level, from time to time by the Board, and as so increased shall thereafter be the “Bonus Target Percentage.” The amount, if any, of the Executive’s annual bonus shall be determined by the Board and should be paid in the calendar year following the calendar year for which it was earned prior to March 15th.

  • The Bonus Target Percentage which shall apply to Executive each year during the term of this Agreement pursuant to the EVA Bonus Plan shall be 60% of Executive's Salary.

  • Employee may also be eligible to receive an additional discretionary bonus of up to 50% of the Annual Bonus (the "Additional Bonus Target Percentage") pursuant to criteria to be approved by the Company's Board of Directors (or the Compensation Committee thereof).

  • The Executive’s initial target annual incentive compensation shall be [Bonus Target Percentage] (__%) of Executive’s Base Salary.
