Booking Files definition
Booking Files means the passenger name records and related files that are created as a result of bookings made in and through the Travelport GDS and which may contain Personal Data;
Examples of Booking Files in a sentence
This data includes but is not limited to Personal Data, airports of departure and arrival, times of departure and arrival and class of seat booked and any other information in the Booking Files.
Subject to the agreement of a particular Galileo International Subscriber, Galileo International will permit Participant to obtain certain information stored in a Booking File(s) created by that Galileo International Subscriber, provided that Booking File contains at least one segment booked on the services of Participant, even if no Request has been made.
