BOP/EPC Contractor definition

BOP/EPC Contractor means the contractor retained by Seller under the BOP/EPC Contract.
BOP/EPC Contractor means a third-party entity contracted (or to be contracted) by Buyer to erect and install the Turbines and other Equipment supplied by Turbine Supplier hereunder, and otherwise to provide engineering, procurement, and construction services necessary to complete all or substantially all of the BOP.
BOP/EPC Contractor means the Contractor who contracted with Seller pursuant to the Engineering, Procurement and Construction Agreement to perform the Scope of Work of this Project, except [NTD: Seller may specify any contracts for which it will be directly contracting such as the Solar Panel Supply Agreement].
