Examples of Borrowed Moneys in a sentence
In these Terms and Conditions the terms set out below shall have the following meanings: Borrowed Moneys means any indebtedness for borrowed money with an original maturity of 12 months or more, the aggregate outstanding principal amount of which is greater than EUR 500,000,000 or the equivalent thereof in any other currency or currencies.
It will not permit any of the Material Subsidiaries at any time to create, incur or otherwise permit to exist, or otherwise be obligated in respect of, any Indebtedness for Borrowed Moneys other than (i) Indebtedness for Borrowed Moneys incurred by TELUS International (Cda) Inc.
The Company must ensure that on each Testing Date the aggregate of all Borrowed Moneys (for the time being undischarged) does not exceed 65 per cent.
