Borrower Equity Contribution definition

Borrower Equity Contribution means a contribution by Holdings to the capital of the Initial Borrower in an amount not less than $1,250,000,000.
Borrower Equity Contribution means the contribution by the Parent to the common equity of the Borrower on the Closing Date of cash representing all the proceeds of the Parent Equity Contribution and all the net proceeds of the Senior Discount Note Sale.
Borrower Equity Contribution means the Original Borrower Equity Contribution and the Additional Borrower Equity Contribution.
