Borrower Lockbox definition

Borrower Lockbox means the lockboxes set forth on Schedule III hereto to receive checks with respect to Receivables payable by Governmental Entities.
Borrower Lockbox means the lockboxes set forth on Schedule IV hereto to receive checks with respect to Receivables payable by Governmental Entities.
