Borrower Products definition

Borrower Products means all products, software, service offerings, technical data or technology currently being designed, manufactured or sold by Borrower or which Borrower intends to sell, license, or distribute in the future including any products or service offerings under development, collectively, together with all products, software, service offerings, technical data or technology that have been sold, licensed or distributed by Borrower since its incorporation.

Borrower Products means all products owned, marketed, distributed, or sold by Borrower, on, before or after the Closing Date, including without limitation products currently approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration or other federal, state, or international authorities, products not approved but in clinical trials, and products for which no such approval is necessary.
