Borrower Rate definition

Borrower Rate means, (a) with respect to each US Loan, the Prime Rate per annum plus any additional margin per annum specified for such US Loan by Sponsor in the applicable Funding Approval Notice, such margin not to exceed ten percent (10.0%) per annum calculated based upon the actual number of days elapsed in a 360 day year; provided that, at no time may there be more than five different Borrower Rates for US Line of Credit Loans, and no more than five different Borrower Rates for US Revolving Loans and US Term Loans and (b) with respect to each Canadian Loan, the Canadian Prime Rate per annum plus any additional margin per annum specified for such Canadian Loan by Sponsor in the applicable Funding Approval Notice, such margin not to exceed ten percent (10.0%) per annum calculated based upon the actual number of days elapsed in a 360-day year; provided that, at no time may there be more than five different Borrower Rates for Canadian Line of Credit Loans, and no more than five different Borrower Rates for Canadian Revolving Loans and Canadian Term Loans.

Borrower Rate means, with respect to each Loan, the Prime Rate per annum plus any additional margin per annum specified for such Loan by Sponsor in the applicable Funding Approval Notice, such margin not to exceed ten percent (10.0%) per annum calculated based upon the actual number of days elapsed in a 360 day year; provided that, at no time may there be more than two different Borrower Rates for Lines of Credit, and no more than two different Borrower Rates for Revolving Lines of Credit and Term Loans.

Examples of Borrower Rate in a sentence

  • Each Loan shall bear interest at the Borrower Rate designated by Sponsor in the applicable Funding Approval Notice, and interest shall be payable on each Payment Date and on the Maturity Date of such Loan when all principal and interest shall be due and payable in full.

  • Each Canadian Term Loan shall bear interest at the Borrower Rate designated by Sponsor in the applicable Funding Approval Notice, and interest shall be payable on each Canadian Borrower Payment Date and on the Maturity Date of such Canadian Term Loan.

  • Each US Term Loan shall bear interest at the Borrower Rate designated by Sponsor in the applicable Funding Approval Notice, and interest shall be payable on each Borrower Payment Date and on the Maturity Date of such US Term Loan.

  • Each US Line of Credit Loan shall bear interest at the Borrower Rate designated by Sponsor in the applicable Funding Approval Notice, and interest shall be payable on each Borrower Payment Date and on the Maturity Date of such US Line of Credit Loan when all principal and interest shall be due and payable in full.

  • Each Canadian Revolving Loan shall bear interest at the Borrower Rate designated by Sponsor in the applicable Funding Approval Notice, and interest shall be payable on each Borrower Payment Date and on the Maturity Date of such Canadian Revolving Loan when all principal and interest shall be due and payable in full.

  • Any principal outstanding hereunder, after the due date therefor, and whether or not due to acceleration following an Event of Default, shall bear interest at the lesser of (i) the Borrower Rate plus an additional three percent (3%) per annum or (ii) the highest rate allowed by applicable law; provided, however, that if such increase in interest is prohibited by any applicable law, interest on any amounts due hereunder after the due date therefor shall continue to be calculated at the Borrower Rate.

  • Each Startup Franchisee Loan shall bear interest at the Borrower Rate designated by Sponsor in the applicable Funding Approval Notice, and interest shall be payable on each Payment Date and on the Maturity Date of such Startup Franchisee Loan when all principal and interest shall be due and payable in full.

  • Each Established Franchisee Term Loan shall bear interest at the Borrower Rate designated by Sponsor in the applicable Funding Approval Notice, and interest shall be payable on each Payment Date and on the Maturity Date of such Established Franchisee Term Loan.
