Borrower Sublimit definition

Borrower Sublimit for each Borrower, the amount set forth below next to the name of such Borrower, as such amounts may be reduced from time to time pursuant to Section 2.06(a):
Borrower Sublimit has the meaning set forth in Section 2.01(a).
Borrower Sublimit means (a) as to the Company, $500,000,000 and (b) as to the Borrowing Subsidiary, $500,000,000, in each case as such sublimit may be reduced from time to time pursuant to Section 2.8.3.
