L/C Issuer Sublimit definition

L/C Issuer Sublimit means with respect to each L/C Issuer, such amount as may be separately agreed between such L/C Issuer and the Borrower from time to time (with specific notice of such amount, and any change thereto, with respect to each L/C Issuer being promptly communicated to the Administrative Agent), provided that the L/C Issuer Sublimit with respect to any Person that ceases to be an L/C Issuer for any reason pursuant to the terms hereof shall be $0 (subject to the Letters of Credit of such Person remaining outstanding in accordance with the provisions hereof).
L/C Issuer Sublimit means (i) with respect to any L/C Issuer listed on Schedule 1.05, the amount set forth opposite such L/C Issuer’s name on such Schedule as the same may be reduced from time to time pursuant to the terms of this Agreement and (ii) with respect to any other L/C Issuer, the amount specified to be such L/C Issuer’s “L/C Issuer Sublimitat the time such L/C Issuer becomes an L/C Issuer (as contemplated by the definition of “L/C Issuer”), as the same may be reduced from time to time pursuant to the terms of this Agreement; provided that with the consent of the Lead Borrower and the Administrative Agent not to be unreasonably withheld or delayed, any L/C Issuer may assign in whole or part a portion of its L/C Issuer Sublimit to any other Lender who consents to such assignment.
L/C Issuer Sublimit means (i) with respect to JPMCB, $41,500,000, (ii) with respect to Xxxxx Fargo Bank, N.A., $41,500,000, (iii) with respect to Bank of America, N.A., $32,000,000, (iv) with respect to The Bank of Nova Scotia, $10,000,000 and (v) with respect to any other L/C Issuer, such amount as may be mutually agreed between the Parent Borrower and such L/C Issuer and notified in writing to the Administrative Agent by such parties.

L/C Issuer Sublimit means, (a) with respect to each L/C Issuer on the Restatement Effective Date, an amount equal to the amount set forth opposite the name of such L/C Issuer on Schedule 1.01(e), as such amount may be changed after the Restatement Effective Date in a written agreement between the Company and such L/C Issuer (which such agreement shall be promptly delivered to the Administrative Agent upon execution) and (b) with respect to any Lender becoming a L/C Issuer after the Restatement Effective Date, such amount as may be separately agreed in writing between such L/C Issuer and the Company from time to time (which such agreement shall be promptly delivered to the Administrative Agent upon execution); provided, that, the L/C Issuer Sublimit with respect to any Person that ceases to be a L/C Issuer for any reason pursuant to the terms hereof shall be $0 (subject to the Letters of Credit of such Person remaining outstanding in accordance with the provisions hereof).
L/C Issuer Sublimit means, as to any L/C Issuer, its obligation to issue Letters of Credit and make Bankers’ Acceptances pursuant to Section 2.03(a) in an aggregate amount at any time outstanding not to exceed the Dollar amount set forth opposite such L/C Issuer’s name on Schedule 2.03(a) or as agreed by any additional L/C Issuer as set forth in Section 2.03(l), as such amount may be adjusted from time to time in accordance with this Agreement, it being understood that the aggregate amount of the L/C Issuer Sublimit may exceed the Letter of Credit Sublimit, but no one L/C Issuer’s L/C Issuer Sublimit shall exceed the Letter of Credit Sublimit.

L/C Issuer Sublimit means with respect to (i) Xxxxxxx Xxxxx Bank USA, $150 million, (ii) JPMCB, $150 million, (iii) Deutsche Bank AG New York Branch, $125 million, (iv) Barclays Bank PLC, $75 million, (v) Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx Senior Funding, Inc., $75 million, (vi) CoBank, ACB, $75 million, (vii) Citizens Bank, N.A., $75 million, (viii) The Toronto-Dominion Bank, New York Branch, $75 million, (ix) Credit Suisse AG, Cayman Islands Branch, $50 million, (x) Fifth Third Bank, National Association, $50 million, and (xi) with respect to any other L/C Issuer, such amount as may be mutually agreed between the Borrower and such L/C Issuer and notified in writing to the Revolver Agent by such parties.
L/C Issuer Sublimit means (i) $7,500,000 in the case of Bank of America, and (ii) $7,500,000 in the case of JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., as such amounts may be adjusted from time to time by agreement of the L/C Issuers so long as the total of the L/C Issuer Sublimits for the L/C Issuers shall not be less than the then applicable Letter of Credit Sublimit.
