Borrowing Base Pool definition

Borrowing Base Pool means, collectively, the Hotel Properties that constitute Borrowing Base Properties.
Borrowing Base Pool means, at any time, a collective reference to the Borrowing Base Assets that are included in a calculation of Aggregate Borrowing Base Asset Value made at such time.
Borrowing Base Pool means, as of any date, all Qualifying Borrowing Base Properties as of such date.

More Definitions of Borrowing Base Pool

Borrowing Base Pool means, as of any date of determination, the pool of all Solar Assets included in the determination of Solar Asset Portfolio Value for purposes of calculating the Borrowing Base as reflected in the most recently delivered Borrowing Base Certificate.
