Borrowing Subsidiary Sublimit definition

Borrowing Subsidiary Sublimit means, at any time for any Borrowing Subsidiary, the amount set forth on Schedule 2.18 as the Borrowing Subsidiary Sublimit for such Borrowing Subsidiary, as such amount is amended from time to time in accordance with Section 2.18.
Borrowing Subsidiary Sublimit is defined in Section 1.1 hereof.

  • Upon the receipt and execution by the Administrative Agent of a Borrowing Subsidiary Agreement executed by such Subsidiary and the Company and establishment of the related Borrowing Subsidiary Sublimit and Borrowing Subsidiary Commitment(s), such Subsidiary shall be a Borrowing Subsidiary and a party to this Agreement.

  • During the period from and including the date hereof to but not including the Termination Date, each Borrower may use the Commitment (in the case of the Borrowing Subsidiary, up to the amount of the Borrowing Subsidiary Sublimit) by borrowing, repaying and reborrowing Loans in whole or in part, all in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

  • The Company may designate any Foreign Subsidiary as an additional Borrowing Subsidiary with the ability to borrow under Section 2.4 in one or more specified Applicable Currencies within the limits of a specified Borrowing Subsidiary Sublimit; provided that the Administrative Agent shall consent to any such designation (which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld or delayed).
