BPI Loan Agreement definition
BPI Loan Agreement means that certain loan agreement (contrat d’aide en avance récupérable n°DOS0138446/00) between BPIFrance Financement and Corlieve, dated 6 January 2021. “Business” shall mean the business of Corlieve as conducted as of the Agreement Date.
