BPS Code definition

BPS Code means the International Ship and Port Facility Security Code constituted pursuant to resolution A.924(22) of the International Maritime Organization now set out in Chapter XI-2 of the International Convention for the Safety of Life at Sea 1974 (as amended) as adopted by a Diplomatic Conference of the International Maritime Organisation on Maritime Security in December 2002 and includes any amendments or extensions thereto and any regulation issued pursuant thereto;

  • The student shall be afforded all due process protections specified in the BPS Code.

  • The BPS Code of Conduct applies to students throughout the year, including during the summer months for summer school programs and school orientations.

  • UP may adopt the BPS Code of Conduct and/or may adopt its own policies pertaining to the conduct of students.

  • Responsibilities of the ProviderSchools and settings can expect educational psychologists to: Conduct themselves professionally according to the national British Psychological Society (BPS) Code of Ethics, the Code of Professional Practice for ‘Practitioner Psychologists’ (Health and Care Professionals Council 2016) and the LA’s policies and procedures.

  • The British Psychological Society (BPS) Code of Human Research Ethics (2010) was followed.

  • In addition, a high level of attention was paid to record keeping and storing primary data securely.The four ethical principles which constitute the BPS Code of Ethics and Conduct (2009) were maintained throughout: respect, competence, responsibility, and integrity.

  • JORC Code means the Australasian Code for Reporting of Exploration Results, Mineral Resources and Ore Reserves prepared by the Joint Ore Reserves Committee of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy, Australian Institute of Geoscientists and Minerals Council of Australia, as amended;

  • STCW Code means the Seafarers’ Training, Certification and Watchkeeping Code as adopted by resolution 2 of the 1995 Conference of Parties to the STCW Convention, in its up-to-date version;

  • IRS Code means the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended from time to time or any successor statute.

  • Access Code means the Railways (Access) Code 2000;

  • ISPS Code means the International Ship and Port Facility Security Code as adopted by the International Maritime Organisation, as the same may be amended or supplemented from time to time;

  • U.S. Code means the U.S. Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended.

  • Takeovers Code means the Hong Kong Code on Takeovers and Mergers;

  • POPI Act means the Protection of Personal Information Act, 4 of 2013;

  • SIC code means “Standard Industrial Classification code,” as assigned to a site by the United States Department of Transportation, Federal Highway Administration, based on the particular activities that occur on the site, as set forth in its publication “Standard Industrial Classification Manual,” incorporated by reference in Section 720.111(a).

  • Access Codes means the username and password provided by the Company to the Client for accessing his Trading Account through the Company’s electronic systems.

  • Chapter means a Chapter under this Part;

  • Federal Regulations means those federal regulations relating to cable television services, 47 C.F.R. Section 76.1 et seq. (and, to the extent applicable, any other federal rules and regulations relating to cable television, including but not limited to, those described in 47 C.F.R. Section 76.3), or as such regulations may be amended.

  • IT Act means the Income-tax Act, 1961 and rules and regulations made thereunder and shall include any statutory modification, amendment or re-enactment thereof for the time being in force.

  • the 1996 Act means the Education Act 1996;

  • Budget Act means the Bipartisan Budget Act of 2015 (P.L. 114-74).

  • VAT Act means the Value Added Tax Act, No 89 of 1991, as may be amended from time to time.

  • Grid Code / “IEGC” or “State Grid Code” shall mean the Grid Code specified by the Central Commission under clause (h) of sub-section (1) of Section 79 of the Electricity Act and/or the State Grid Code as specified by the concerned State Commission referred under clause (h) of sub-section (1) of Section 86 of the Electricity Act, as applicable;
