BRANCH BANKING OPERATIONS definition
BRANCH BANKING OPERATIONS means the business of Seller conducted through the Branches relating to Deposits and other Transferred Liabilities and Transferred Assets.
BRANCH BANKING OPERATIONS means the business conducted by Seller (on or prior to the Effective Time) or Purchaser (after the Effective Time), as the case may be, at the Branches based on the assumption that such business is conducted without the Excluded Assets and the Excluded Liabilities.
