Branch Market definition

Branch Market means the area comprised of (a) the following counties in the State of New York: Clinton, Essex, Franklin, Jefferson, Hamilton, Lewis, and St. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Counties and (b) the portions of the following zip codes in Washington County, New York and ▇▇▇▇▇▇ County, New York: 12853, 12817, 12808, 12815, 12836, 12843, 12860, 12886, 12814, 12887, 12819, 12861, and 12837.
Branch Market means the area comprised of the State of Indiana.

Examples of Branch Market in a sentence

  • During the Nonsolicitation Period, Seller shall not (i) solicit the Customers for any deposit or lending services; or (ii) advertise or market such services through advertisements or marketing efforts primarily directed to or primarily targeting the Branch Market or Customers.

  • Provided, however, that if ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ seeks employment with Seller other than in a Branch Market, Seller may offer him employment outside of the Branch Market.

  • During the General Nonsolicitation Period, Seller shall not (i) solicit the Customers or utilize a list of the Customers for any deposit account, lending, safe deposit, trust or government banking services; or (ii) advertise or market such services through advertisements or marketing efforts primarily directed to or primarily targeting the Branch Market or Customers.

  • This Section 9.08 shall not be binding on any Successor except that in no event shall Seller or any Successor be permitted to use the name “Citizens” in the Branch Market.
