Brand Data definition
Brand Data means any electronic data that is provided to, collected by, stored, maintained, or Processed by, Leap in connection with the Services including, but not limited to: (i) Brand Confidential Information; and (ii) Personal Data.
Brand Data means information about the condition of an automobile that impacts the value or the safety of an automobile, as recorded by a State or a Federal entity, which could be pertinent information to a prospective buyer or insurer. A brand is a descriptive label regarding the status of a motor vehicle, such as “junk,” “salvage,” and “flood” vehicles. Brand data does not denote the manufacturer or type of automobile.
Brand Data means any and all User Data and/or other non-Personally Identifiable Information (i) provided by or on behalf of PEP and/or BRAND to SELLER that is not; or

You agree that any other access to Brand Data is strictly prohibited and a violation of this Agreement.
Prior to accessing any Brand Data, the applicable Brand must grant you access either through affirmative consent and/or authentication at the time a Brand installs Your Application and/or by giving you the Brand’s API credentials.
