Brand Owner Data definition

Brand Owner Data means product data expressed as data attributes (whether in the form of text, images or otherwise) owned by or licensed to Company and provided to GS1 for publication in and distribution through the GS1 Registry Platform.
Brand Owner Data means product data expressed as data attributes (whether in the form of text, images or otherwise) owned by or licensed to Company and provided to GS1 for publication in and distribution through the GS1 Cloud.
Brand Owner Data means product data expressed as data attributes (whether in the form of text, images or otherwise) owned by or licensed to Brand Owner and provided by an Information Provider to GS1 for publication in and distribution through the GS1 Cloud. In the context of the GS1 Cloud, Brand Owner Data shall be considered “trusted” or “authentic” if such data originates (directly or through a Designee) from a manufacturer or a retailer with private label products.

Examples of Brand Owner Data in a sentence

  • Company is a Brand Owner or a Designee and wishes to share Brand Owner Data via the Service.

  • GS1 Qatar covenants, represents and warrants that (i) these Terms of Use are enforceable againstGS1 in accordance with its terms and (ii) GS1 Qatar shall not use the Brand Owner Data for any purposes other than in connection with the Service.

  • GS1 Qatar also reserves the right to limit the visibility of Company’s Brand Owner Data and/or participation to theGS1 Registry Platform if it is in breach of an agreement with a GS1 Member Organisation (e.g. it is no longercurrent in its payment obligations towards such GS1 Member Organisation).

  • Company hereby grants to GS1 Qatar, and GS1 hereby accepts such grant, a non-exclusive, world-wide, non- transferable (except as expressly set out herein), royalty-free right and license (including the right to sub- license to Data Recipients) to use the Brand Owner Data for any purpose related to the Service.

  • All (intellectual property) rights, title and interest in and to the Website, the GS1 Cloud, the Service and the Brand Owner Data are owned by GS1 or its licensors.

  • GS1 also reserves the right to limit the visibility of Company’s Brand Owner Data and/or participation to the GS1 Registry Platform if it is in breach of an agreement with a GS1 Member Organisation (e.g. it is no longer current in its payment obligations towards such GS1 Member Organisation).

  • For the avoidance of doubt, Company may also use the Service as a Data Recipient and enjoy access to all available Brand Owner Data subject to Company consenting to the GS1 Cloud Terms of Use.

  • Youth criminal matters can be heard at any level of court: Provincial Court, Court of Queen’s Bench, or Court of Appeal.

Related to Brand Owner Data

  • brand owner means a person or company who sells any commodity under a registered brand label ;

  • Buyer Data means all data, records, files, information or content, including text, sound, video, images and software, that is (a) input or uploaded by Buyer or its Users to or collected, received, transmitted, processed, or stored by Buyer or its Users using the Software or SaaS Service in connection with this Agreement, or (b) derived from (a). Buyer Data is Confidential Information of Buyer.

  • Customer Data means any content, materials, data and information that Authorized Users enter into the production system of a Cloud Service or that Customer derives from its use of and stores in the Cloud Service (e.g. Customer-specific reports). Customer Data and its derivatives will not include SAP’s Confidential Information.

  • User Data means any Personal Data or other data or information collected by or on behalf of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries from users of any Company Product or website of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.

  • End User Data means any information or data of any kind that personally identifies (or that can be used, together with other information or data, to personally identify) an End User.

  • GLO Data means any data or information owned by the GLO, including PII or SPI as defined below, that Provider creates, obtains, accesses (via records, systems, or otherwise), receives (from the GLO or on behalf of the GLO), or uses in the performance of the Contract or any documents related thereto.
