Brand Usage definition

Brand Usage. Any advertisements, marketing devices or promotional pieces, in whatever form or medium, placed or used by Agency, which include the name, logo, or any other trademarked or copyrighted property of the Academy of Art University, shall not be used without prior written approval by the Academy. Violation of this Brand Usage provision shall result in automatic termination of this Agreement for cause, and a forfeiture of any pending Agency Student Referral Commission Fees.

Related to Brand Usage

  • Percent Local Usage (“PLU”) is a calculation which represents the ratio of the local minutes to the sum of local and intraLATA toll minutes between exchange carriers sent over Local Interconnection Trunks. Directory assistance, BLV/BLVI, 900, and 976 transiting calls from other exchange carriers and switched access calls are not included in the calculation of PLU.

  • Facility Usage means, at the time in question, the aggregate amount of outstanding Loans and LC Obligations at such time.
