Branded Content definition

Branded Content. Bargaining unit employees who will receive a byline for written work or appear in a podcast or video shall not be required to write content or appear in a podcast or video for which an advertiser or sponsor has the authority to alter the editorial content in the published work.
Branded Content means any production that promotes and/or integrates products and/or services of a corporate brand/entity.
Branded Content means content created by or supplied to Publisher’s custom media team that carries and promotes the Customer’s Marks, meets the Publisher’s Guidelines for Branded Content and is published, reproduced or inserted in or on any Journal, Promotional Campaign, or Digital Format pursuant to a Branded Content Order;
