Branded Product means branded product Makena® sold by Manufacturer under the Trademark.

Branded Product means OxyContin® (oxycodone hydrochloride controlled-release) tablets, under NDA number 20-553, together with all amendments and supplements thereto.

Branded Product means a MNO-branded product, an agent branded product or a co- branded product;

Branded Product means the pharmaceutical product containing the active ingredient metaxalone as marketed, or previously marketed, by King under the name Skelaxin® and as approved by the FDA under New Drug Application Number 13-217 or any supplements or amendments thereto.

Branded Product has the meaning set forth in the preamble to this Agreement.
