Licensed Product definition

Licensed Product means a product, method or service in the Licensed Field of Use, the making, having made, using, importing or selling of which, absent this license, infringes, induces infringement, or contributes to infringement of a Licensed Patent.
Licensed Product means any pharmaceutical product containing a Licensed Compound (alone or with other active ingredients), in all forms, presentations, formulations and dosage forms.
Licensed Product means any product or component (i) whose manufacture, use, sale, offer for sale or import is covered by any Valid Claim, or (ii) which is made using a Licensed Process or another Licensed Product.

  • Under the license granted pursuant to this Section 2.1, Licensee shall be permitted to authorize the use of the Licensed Product by its customers.

  • In the event that Licensee does not pay the license fee to Licensor as provided in this Section 3.1, Licensee’s license rights under the Licensed Product pursuant to this Agreement shall be terminated after written notice and Licensee’s failure to cure within thirty (30) days of such notice.
