Licensed Product definition

Licensed Product means any pharmaceutical product containing a Licensed Compound (alone or with other active ingredients), in all forms, presentations, formulations and dosage forms.
Licensed Product means a product or part of a product in the Licensed Field of Use: (A) the making, using, importing or selling of which, absent this license, infringes, induces infringement, or contributes to infringement of a Licensed Patent; or (B) which is made with, uses or incorporates any Technology.
Licensed Product means any product or component (i) whose manufacture, use, sale, offer for sale or import is covered by any Valid Claim, or (ii) which is made using a Licensed Process or another Licensed Product.

Examples of Licensed Product in a sentence

  • During the Term, Biodexa (either itself or through its Affiliates or Sublicensees) is solely responsible for carrying out at its expense all activities necessary to obtain or maintain Regulatory Approval of the Licensed Product in the Field in the Territory, including preparing Regulatory Materials and conducting communications with the relevant Regulatory Authorities related to or needed for the Development, Manufacture or Commercialization of Licensed Products in the Field in the Territory.

  • Notwithstanding anything else in this Agreement, (a) this Section 2.1 does not authorize Biodexa to Exploit any composition, product or service other than a Licensed Product, and (b) Biodexa does not have the right to use any Trademark of Otsuka or its Affiliates.

  • Biodexa shall provide Otsuka with a copy in electronic form of all significant Regulatory Materials related to Licensed Product in the Field in the Territory, including significant communications received by Biodexa or its Affiliates or Sublicensees from any Regulatory Authority related to Licensed Product.

  • By no later than the date [***] before the First Commercial Sale of a Licensed Product in the Territory, Biodexa shall deliver to Otsuka a Commercialization Plan setting forth in commercially reasonable detail Biodexa’s strategy and timeline for Commercialization of Licensed Products, including at least the subject matter identified in Exhibit G.

  • Except as expressly provided herein (including in the immediately preceding sentence), O▇▇▇▇▇ makes no representations or warranties concerning the safety or effectiveness of the Licensed Compound or Licensed Product and has no responsibilities in that regard.


More Definitions of Licensed Product

Licensed Product means any method, process, composition, product, service, or component part thereof that would, but for the granting of the rights set forth in this Agreement, infringe a Valid Claim contained in the Licensed Patents.
Licensed Product means any product commercialized by a Licensee that embodies or utilizes Generated Information, a Subject Invention, or Copyrightable Work, or Other Intellectual Property.
Licensed Product means a Product comprising or containing one or more Licensed Compounds.
Licensed Product means any product that cannot be developed, manufactured, used, or sold without (a) infringing one or more claims under the Patent Rights, (b) using or incorporating some portion of one or more Biological Materials, or (c) using some portion of the Related Technology.
Licensed Product means any device, apparatus, composition of matter, or article of manufacture the existence, production or use of which in a given country practices any Valid Claim of the Licensed Patents existing in such country.
Licensed Product means any material for which the manufacture, use, sale, or import would constitute an infringement of a Valid Claim within the RegentsPatent Rights if not for the license granted to the Licensee under this Agreement.
Licensed Product means any product that, in whole or in part: (i) absent the license granted hereunder, would infringe one or more claims of the PATENT RIGHTS; or (ii) is manufactured by using a LICENSED PROCESS or that, when used, practices a LICENSED PROCESS.
