Branded Restaurants definition

Branded Restaurants means, as of any date of determination, any restaurant, whether or not such restaurant offers sit-down dining, operated under one of the Brands.
Branded Restaurants means, as of any date of determination, any restaurant, whether or not such restaurant offers sit-down dining, operated in the United States or internationally under the Wendy’s Brand.

  • Based on price and estimated quantity terms typically negotiated by EPL, Supplier/Distributor Assignors purchased broiler chicken directly from Defendants and/or their affiliates or co-conspirators for the supply of EPL Branded Restaurants.

  • The Manager shall not enter into any Sub-managing Arrangement which delegates the performance of any fundamental business operations such as responsibility for the franchise development, operations and marketing strategies for the Brands and Branded Restaurants to any Person that is not an Affiliate without receiving the prior written consent of the Control Party.
