Branded Site definition

Branded Site means the Internet portal and pages designed, developed and hosted by PhotoChannel and displaying Costco trademarks through which Costco Members may upload photographs, store photographs, purchase prints and other products for mail delivery or pick-up at Costco warehouses, pay for said prints and products, and engage in related online activities.

Branded Site means a Web site that is designed, developed and maintained by Dearborn on its servers at a URL designated by Dearborn that conforms to the specifications set forth in this Agreement including Exhibit B.

  • The Parties agree to do everything necessary to ensure that the terms of this Agreement take effect and each Party will use its best efforts to ensure that Authorized Users are made aware of the Services and their ability to access the Branded Site.

  • Licensee is solely responsible for the content and design of the Licensee specific information on the CFS Branded Site.

Related to Branded Site

  • Licensed Site means a place in any authorised street at which street trading may be engaged in by a Licence Holder, and includes any temporary alternative place approved by the Council or a duly authorised Officer of the Council.

  • Kiosk means a department in a RIME Store.

  • Development Location Point means a single point selected by the Applicant on the proposed Development site that is located within 100 feet of a residential building existing or to be constructed as part of the proposed Development. For a Development which consists of Scattered Sites, this means a single point on the site with the most units that is located within 100 feet of a residential building existing or to be constructed as part of the proposed Development.

  • Brand name specification means a specification limited to one or more items by manufacturers’ names or catalogue number.

  • Sites means the area(s) upon or in which the construction work is carried on, and such other areas adjacent thereto as may be designated by the Commissioner.
