Branding Standards definition

Branding Standards means the Branding and Messaging Standards and Minimum Advertising Requirements established by Bank for the advertising, promotion and marketing of the iAdvance Credit Product, as set forth on Attachment 3 to Exhibit A-3 attached hereto, which Branding Standards may be amended by Bank from time to time in its sole and absolute discretion. To the extent the Branding Standards conflict with any of the terms or requirements set forth in this Agreement, the terms of this Agreement shall prevail.
Branding Standards means branding specifications, requirements and guidelines provided or made available by Mastercard from time to time with respect to a Merchant’s or Merchant Service Provider’s use of the Service.

Examples of Branding Standards in a sentence

  • Bank will provide to Company a copy of the iAdvance Credit Product Branding Standards, together with any subsequent amendments thereto.

  • Company will perform its obligations under this Agreement in accordance with Applicable Law and the Branding Standards.

  • To the extent the Branding Standards conflict with any of the terms or requirements set forth in this Agreement, the terms of this Agreement shall prevail.

  • The Operating Rules, ATH Network Branding Standards, Exhibits, Schedules, Exhibits, Schedules, Addenda, Riders certificates, agreements and other documents attached hereto and to which reference is made herein are incorporated by reference as if fully set forth herein.

  • BPPR agrees that its use of the Licensed Marks and any of EVERTEC’s Intellectual Property must comply with the terms of any accompanying license agreement and the ATH Network Branding Standards, which form a part of this Agreement and the Operating Rules.

  • The Leases constitute all written and oral agreements of any kind for the leasing, rental, use or occupancy of the Owned Real Property and the Leased Real Property.

  • Licensee shall then use its commercially reasonable efforts to modify such aspects of the Licensee Web Store as mutually agreed upon by the parties; provided, however, that Licensee shall not launch the Licensee Web Store prior to JL Sweden's acceptance of such modifications, which acceptance shall not be unreasonably withheld, delayed or conditioned if the modified Licensee Web Store meets industry standards, the specifications set forth in this Agreement and the Branding Standards.

  • Affiliate shall use the Licensed Marks only in accordance with the guidelines set out in the Branding Standards Guidelines, which are attached as Exhibit G, Program Branding Standards and Guidelines.

  • Any use of UC’s name or marks shall comply with the UC’s Branding Standards.

  • Affiliate shall use the Licensed Marks only in the form or forms set forth in Exhibit A and according to the AARP Experience Corps Branding Standards Guide, both of which may be amended by Experience in Action from time to time with reasonable notice to Affiliate.
