If the City requests the Purchaser extend the Rate Lock Expiration Date, and if the Rate Lock Expiration Date is so extended by the Purchaser, in its sole discretion, City agrees to pay Purchaser upon demand any Break Fees applicable to any extension of the Rate Lock Expiration Date.
Subject to Section 15.04 and the payment schedule set forth in this Section, Customer shall pay such Unrecovered Amortized Expenses and Break Fees, as applicable, in accordance with Article 15.

You may be liable for any ADSL Break Fees as listed in Section 5.1, C (ii), incurred as a result of this.
However, a new 24 month Contract Term will commence when you move to the Naked Home Value or Naked Business Value plan and standard Setup Fees (and Break Fees if you cancel the Service during your new Contract Term) will apply to your new contract.
GST will apply to these amounts as per the GST Legislation, and any Break Fees that have been previously agreed to.
