Break Fees definition

Break Fees has the meaning set forth in Section 1.1.94(e).
Break Fees means fees which are payable by a Borrower as a consequence of an early repayment by the Borrower of the Borrower’s Loan.

  • As no Break Fees are being applied, any remaining Contract Term of the Off-Net (ADSL1 or ADSL2+) Broadband Service will apply to the Naked DSL Service.

  • Break Fee means an amount to compensate a Proponent for some of the costs the Proponent had incurred in developing and submitting a Proposal in the event that the RFP Process is cancelled, as determined by the Sponsors in accordance with RFP Section 10.3.3;
