Break Fees definition

Break Fees means fees which are payable by a Borrower as a consequence of an early repayment by the Borrower of the Borrower’s Loan.
Break Fees has the meaning set forth in Section 1.1.94(e).

Examples of Break Fees in a sentence

  • If the City requests the Purchaser extend the Rate Lock Expiration Date, and if the Rate Lock Expiration Date is so extended by the Purchaser, in its sole discretion, City agrees to pay Purchaser upon demand any Break Fees applicable to any extension of the Rate Lock Expiration Date.

  • As no Break Fees are being applied, any remaining Contract Term on the ADSL2+ Broadband Service will apply to the Naked DSL Service.

  • You may be liable for any ADSL Break Fees as listed in Section 5.1, C (ii), incurred as a result of this.

  • However, a new 24 month Contract Term will commence when you move to the Naked Home Value or Naked Business Value plan and standard Setup Fees (and Break Fees if you cancel the Service during your new Contract Term) will apply to your new contract.

  • GST will apply to these amounts as per the GST Legislation, and any Break Fees that have been previously agreed to.

Break Fees means any break fees or termination fees properly payable under any Subcontract provided that, where the value of any individual Subcontract is , Electrabel has provided the relevant Subcontract to NuclearSub (as redacted as is reasonably required to comply with any confidentiality restrictions or to remove Commercially Sensitive Information);

  • Break Fee means an amount to compensate a Proponent for some of the costs the Proponent had incurred in developing and submitting a Proposal in the event that the RFP Process is cancelled, as determined by the Sponsors in accordance with RFP Section 10.3.3;
