Breakage Rate definition
Breakage Rate means the applicable Pricing Rate minus the prevailing one (1) month LIBOR. "Breakage Period" shall mean the number of days from the date of prepayment to and including the scheduled Repurchase Date.
Breakage Rate shall have the meaning assigned thereto in ------------- Section 31 hereof.
Breakage Rate mean, as of any Business Day, with respect to any Advance bearing Fixed Rate, the rate obtained by taking the difference of (a) the applicable Fixed Rate minus (b) a rate equal to the fixed rate (as determined by Lender, acting in good faith and a commercially reasonable manner) that would be payable by Lender on a hypothetical fixed-floating interest rate swap to be entered into with a trade date on the relevant prepayment date, a notional amount equal to the aggregate amount of the Advances being prepaid, and a floating rate of one month LIBOR plus 87.4 bps, Actual/360, with monthly resets and payment dates.

The recalculated MVW Base Funding Rate would be equal to (i) the Adjusted MHR Funding Rate increased or decreased, as applicable, by (ii) the difference in the MI Breakage Rate and the MVW Breakage Rate and increased or decreased, as applicable, by (iii) the MVW Redemption Premium.
For clarification, the MI Breakage Rate, MVW Breakage Rate and MVW Redemption Premium used for such calculation shall be those used in the most recent calculation of the MVW Base Funding Rate.

Breakage Rate means, in respect of any Relevant Period, the average number of crates which have been leased by any Group Entity to growers which are broken during a crate cycle expressed as a percentage of the number of completed crate cycles during such Relevant Period;
