Breeding Kennel definition

Breeding Kennel means a Kennel used for the purpose of breeding dogs.
Breeding Kennel means a kennel or property housing three (3) or more dogs which are kept for the purpose of reproduction and sale until they reach the age of 12 weeks. Refer to By-law 2007-53, as amended.
Breeding Kennel means a structure or part thereof in which dogs are kept for the purposes of intentional breeding and sold for remuneration.

Breeding Kennel means any building, structure, dog run or facility, or part thereof: where more than two (2) dogs are kept for other than, boarding, hunting, sporting or dog sledding purposes, despite the age or breed of the dog; where dogs are kept for breeding, housing, or selling purposes; the operator may or may not own the dogs which will be bred, housed, or sold from the facility.
