Breville as used herein, shall mean either Breville USA or Breville Canada, as applicable to the Jurisdiction (as defined below) of original purchase of the Product for which Warranty coverage or service is being sought.

You may not use any metatags or other "hidden text" utilising the Trademarks or any other name, trademark or product or service name of Breville without prior written permission in each instance.   • You further agree that the Breville Parties shall have control of the defense or settlement of any third-party Claims.

  • In the event of any Claim that the Licensed Application, or your possession or use thereof, infringes any intellectual property rights of a third party, you agree to contact Breville promptly and directly.
