Examples of British Pounds Sterling in a sentence
Interest on Eurocurrency Rate Loans (other than Eurocurrency Rate Loans denominated in British Pounds Sterling) shall be computed on the basis of a 360-day year and the actual number of days elapsed in the period during which it accrues and interest on Base Rate Loans and Eurocurrency Rate Loans denominated in British Pounds Sterling shall be computed on the basis of a 365-day year and the actual number of days elapsed in the period during which it accrues.
The credit facility is denominated in British Pounds Sterling and is guaranteed by the Company.
