If nbn amends the nbn Wholesale Broadband Agreement, or it is replaced by a new nbn wholesale agreement, we can unilaterally vary your Contract in accordance with the Telco Act so as to comply with our obligations under the amended Wholesale Broadband Agreement or new nbn wholesale agreement.

The MAP framework recognises that there are already a range of commitments and obligations in relation to migration and disconnection which are enforced through regulatory, industry and commercial agreements such as Telstra’s Migration Plan, the Definitive Agreements between nbn and Telstra, nbn’s Wholesale Broadband Agreement, and Communications Alliance Guidelines.
The above-mentioned guarantee shall be issued for a period equivalent to the duration of the Broadband Agreement, but may be extended having regards to the circumstances upon POST Technologies’ request.
As from the effective date of a Broadband Agreement the Operator is subject to this ROB and any of its subsequent and/or to any reference offers replacing it, as from their date of definitive publication in compliance with the applicable regulations and, more particularly, in compliance with Regulation 14/177/ILR.
Capitalised terms used in this Discount Notice have the meaning given to them in your Wholesale Broadband Agreement unless otherwise defined.
This Broadband Agreement is binding upon and inures to the benefit of the Parties’ permitted successors and permitted assigns.
