Broadcast Licenses definition

Broadcast Licenses means (a) the licenses, permits, authorizations or certificates to construct, own or operate the Stations granted by the FCC, and all extensions, additions and renewals thereto or thereof, and (b) the licenses, permits, authorizations or certificates which are necessary to construct, own or operate the Stations granted by administrative law courts or any state, county, city, town, village or other local government authority, and all extensions, additions and renewals thereto or thereof.

Broadcast Licenses means, with respect to the Mission Entities, all FCC Licenses granted, assigned or issued to a Mission Entity to construct, own or operate the Stations, together with all extensions, additions and renewals thereto or thereof, together with all extensions, additions and renewals thereto or thereof.

Broadcast Licenses means the main station licenses issued by the Federal Communications Commission of the United States (or any Governmental Authority succeeding to the functions of such commission in whole or in part) or any foreign Governmental Authority and held by the Parent Guarantor or any of its Restricted Subsidiaries for the Broadcast Stations operated by the Parent Guarantor or any of its Restricted Subsidiaries.

Examples of Broadcast Licenses in a sentence

• The Broadcast Licenses listed in Schedule 5.21 with respect to any Station include all material authorizations, licenses and permits issued by the FCC that are required or necessary for the operation of such Station, and the conduct of the business of the Covenant Entities with respect to such Station, as now conducted.

• The Broadcast Licenses listed in Schedule 4.15 with respect to any Contract Station include all material authorizations, licenses and permits issued by the FCC that are required or necessary for the operation of such Contract Station, and the conduct of the business of the Material Third-Party Licensee for such Contract Station with respect to such Contract Station, as now conducted or proposed to be conducted.

Broadcast Licenses means the main station license issued by the FCC for each of the Stations, as such main station licenses may have been extended, modified, or renewed from time to time. This definition of “Broadcast Licenses” may be used with respect to any single Broadcast License meeting the preceding requirements or multiple Broadcast Licenses meeting such requirements, as the context requires.

Broadcast Licenses means (a) with respect to Holdings or any of its Subsidiaries, all authorizations, licenses, or permits issued by the FCC and granted or assigned to Holdings or any of its Subsidiaries, or under which Holdings or any of its Subsidiaries has the right to operate any Station, together with any extensions or renewals thereof, (b) with respect to a Shared Services Party, all authorizations, licenses or permits issued by the FCC and granted or assigned to such Shared Services Party or any of its Affiliates, or under which such Shared Services Party or its Affiliates has the right to operate any Shared Services Party Station, together with any extensions or renewals thereof and (c) with respect to any other Person, all authorizations, licenses, or permits issued by the FCC and granted or assigned to such Person, or under which such Person has the right to operate any television broadcast station, together with any extension or renewals thereof.

Broadcast Licenses means (a) with respect to Holdings or any of its Subsidiaries, all authorizations, licenses, or permits issued by the FCC and granted or assigned to Holdings or any of its Subsidiaries, or under which Holdings or any of its Subsidiaries has the right to operate any Station, together with any extensions or renewals thereof and (b) with respect to any other Person, all authorizations, licenses, or permits issued by the FCC and granted or assigned to such Person, or under which such Person has the right to operate any television broadcast station, together with any extension or renewals thereof.
