Broadcasting Business definition

Broadcasting Business means (a) the business of owning and/or operating a Station, including the operation of a Station pursuant to an LMA Agreement, (b) the sale of advertising time for a Station pursuant to a JS Agreement, (c) the business of owning and/or operating a Related Business and (d) related ancillary activities.
Broadcasting Business means, at any time, any business of providing, or any business which includes the provision of, communications services by means of signals transmitted through any free space or guided transmission medium or any combination thereof over the air, or by coaxial cable, ordinary wire or fibre optic cable or any combination thereof in which the Corporation, or any corporation in which the Corporation has a direct or indirect interest through the holding of shares in that or other corporations, is then engaged or is then actively considering a proposal to engage and includes, without limiting the generality of the foregoing, any satellite or subscription radio broadcasting business.
Broadcasting Business of any Person means any or all of the television stations or radio stations owned by such Person.

  • The Borrower and its Subsidiaries maintain appropriate public files at the Stations, the Porta-Phone Paging Business and the Satellite Broadcasting Business in a manner that complies in all material respects with all FCC Regulations.

  • Schedule 3 annexed hereto, as it may be supplemented, correctly describes each of the Stations, the Newspapers, the Porta-Phone Page Business and the Satellite Broadcasting Business and sets forth all of the material Operating Agreements and Licenses of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries and correctly sets forth the termination date, if any, of each such Operating Agreements and License.

  • As of the Agreement Date and at all times thereafter, the Borrower and its Subsidiaries have the right to use all material Licenses required in the ordinary course of business for all Stations, the Newspapers, the Porta-Phone Paging Business and the Satellite Broadcasting Business, and each such License is in full force and effect.

  • The Borrower, together with its Subsidiaries, is engaged in the business of owning and operating the Stations, Newspapers, the Porta-Phone Page Business, the Satellite Broadcasting Business and other media-related businesses.

  • The Borrower will, and will cause each of its Subsidiaries to, (a) engage in the business of owning and operating Stations, Newspapers, the Porta-Phone Paging Business, the Satellite Broadcasting Business and other media-related businesses, and (b) comply in all material respects with the requirements of all Applicable Law.
