Broker Firm definition

Broker Firm means a person who is acting as a broker or performing an equivalent agency function on behalf of another person. The Clearing Firm is responsible for approving Broker Firms for such person pursuant to the applicable User ID Request Form.
Broker Firm means the employer of a Broker. Brokers 1 and 2 worked at two different Broker Firms.

Examples of Broker Firm in a sentence

More Definitions of Broker Firm

Broker Firm means a Person that (i) is not a Participant, (ii) is registered as a futures commission merchant or introducing broker or in another appropriate capacity, or is exempt from such registration, and (iii) enters Orders or executes Swaps on a Platform or subject to the Rules on behalf of one or more Participants or their Customers in accordance with Rule 316.
Broker Firm means a firm that employed Brokers. Broker Firm 1 is specifically referred to in this Notice and is the same firm as Broker Firm 1 in the RBS Final Notice;
Broker Firm means a firm that employed Brokers. “CHF” means Swiss Franc.‌
Broker Firm means a person described in Section 1a(12)(B) of the Commodity Exchange Act (“CEA”), as amended (“CEA”), who is acting as a broker or performing an equivalent agency function on behalf of another person described in Section 1a(12)(A) or 1a(12)(C) of the CEA. The Clearing Firm is responsible for approving Broker Firms for such person pursuant to Schedule 2 to the Eris Exchange Clearing Firm Agreement.
