BRRD Counterparty definition
BRRD Counterparty means each party to this Agreement, as the case may be, other than the relevant BRRD Party, that is a counterparty to any BRRD Party.
BRRD Counterparty means any party to this Agreement to whom any BRRD Party owes a BRRD Liability under or in connection with this Agreement from time to time. “BRRD Liability” means a liability in respect of which the relevant Write Down and Conversion Powers in the applicable Bail-in Legislation may be exercised.
BRRD Counterparty means each party to this Agreement and/or any agreement reached pursuant to Clause 2.1, as the case may be, other than the relevant BRRD Party, that is a counterparty to any BRRD Party.

BRRD Counterparty means each party to this Agreement (which, for the purposes of this Section 4.16, includes any current or future holder of a Book-Entry Interest) and/or any agreement for the issue and purchase of Notes, as the case may be, other than the relevant BRRD Party, that is a counterparty of such BRRD Party;
BRRD Counterparty means the Issuer.
