BRRD Counterparty definition

BRRD Counterparty means each party to this Agreement, as the case may be, other than the relevant BRRD Party, that is a counterparty to any BRRD Party.

BRRD Counterparty means any party to this Agreement to whom any BRRD Party owes a BRRD Liability under or in connection with this Agreement from time to time. “BRRD Liability” means a liability in respect of which the relevant Write Down and Conversion Powers in the applicable Bail-in Legislation may be exercised.
BRRD Counterparty means each party to this Agreement (which, for the purposes of this Section 4.16, includes any current or future holder of a Book-Entry Interest) and/or any agreement for the issue and purchase of Notes, as the case may be, other than the relevant BRRD Party, that is a counterparty of such BRRD Party;

  • Hedge Counterparty means a Lender, the Administrative Agent or any of the Lender’s or the Administrative Agent’s affiliates (at the time a hedging agreement is entered into) who has entered into a hedging agreement for the purpose of hedging interest rate liabilities and/or any exchange rate and/or commodity price risks provided it has become a party, or by execution of an additional bank secured party acknowledgment has agreed to be bound by the terms of, to the First Lien Intercreditor Agreement in its capacity as hedge counterparty.

  • Derivatives Counterparty as defined in Section 7.6.

  • Hedge Provider means Xxxxx Fargo or any of its Affiliates.
