BT Equipment definition

BT Equipment means any equipment, including any Software, owned by or licensed to BT Group that is located at a Site for the provision of a Service.
BT Equipment means any equipment and any related Software that BT owns or that is licensed to BT and that BT uses to provide the Services.
BT Equipment means equipment (including any software) placed by BT at the Site to provide BT’s communications products to its customers documented on the plans attached to the Specification and the approximate position of which is shown on such plans;

"Connection Software" shall mean all Software provided to the Customer under licence to facilitate connection. “Network Connection” means all BT cabling, interface panels, cabinets, systems, apparatus, facilities and any other equipment which may be utilised by BT to provide the Service. “Customer Equipment” means all computer hardware, software, cabling, apparatus and facilities provided by the Customer to enable the Customer to connect to the Network Connection.
