BTA Purchase Agreement definition

BTA Purchase Agreement means that certain purchase agreement between the Company and Communications Ventures, Inc. dated as of May 17, 2000 for the purchase by the Company of the Oil City, Indiana and Dubois, Pennsylvania BTA licenses.
