Budgeted Net Cash Flow definition

Budgeted Net Cash Flow means the line items contained in the Approved Budget under the heading “Net Cash Flow” (or words of similar import) during the relevant period of determination as set forth in the Approved Budget.
Budgeted Net Cash Flow means the sum of (i) the Budgeted Cash Receipts for the relevant Period of determination, minus (ii) the Budgeted Disbursement Amount for the relevant Period of determination.
Budgeted Net Cash Flow means the line item contained in the Approved Budget across from the heading “Net Operating Cash Flow” during the relevant period of determination.

More Definitions of Budgeted Net Cash Flow

Budgeted Net Cash Flow means the amount of Net Cash Flow of the Acquired Companies shown in the Acquired Companies Cash Flow Budgets.
Budgeted Net Cash Flow means the Net Cash Flow for the period in question based on the Budget for such period. Owner agrees that it will not adopt the Budget for any period in question for the purpose of reducing or eliminating the Incentive Management Fee for such period.

Related to Budgeted Net Cash Flow
