Buffer Amount definition

Buffer Amount has the meaning set forth in Section 2.9(e)(i)b..
Buffer Amount means the following with respect to an issuance of auto-callable buffered securities:
Buffer Amount means, for any security with a buffer feature, the percentage specified in the applicable pricing supplement by which the final index value, final share price or final basket value, as applicable, may decline from the initial index value, initial share price or initial basket value, as applicable, before you will lose any part of the stated principal amount per security.

  • The realisation proceeds relating to Vehicles may be lower than the sale or recovery proceeds in respect of such Vehicle together with the applicable Collateral RV Buffer Amount and may result in the Issuer not receiving sufficient Collections to make payments in full when due on the Notes.

  • Net Proceeds Offer Amount has the meaning set forth in Section 4.16.

  • Principal Transfer Amount For any Distribution Date and any Undercollateralized Group, the excess, if any, of the aggregate Class Principal Balance of the Class A Certificates related to such Undercollateralized Group over the aggregate Stated Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans in such Group.
