Buffer Release Amount definition

Buffer Release Amount means on any Payment Date, the product of (a) the Buffer Release Rate, and (b) the Future Discounted Receivables Balance.
Buffer Release Amount means on any Payment Date, the product of (a) the Buffer Release Rate, and (b) the Aggregate Discounted Lease Balance less (i) the aggregate Discounted Lease Balance of Lease Receivables relating to Delinquent Lease Contracts and less (ii) the aggregate Discounted Lease Balance of Lease Receivables relating to Terminated Lease Contracts, all as determined as of the end of the preceding Monthly Period.
