Build Phase definition

Build Phase means the Goods and Services to be provided under our Design and Build Service under clauses 4.2.9 to 4.2.11.
Build Phase means that part or parts of the Category 1 Property or Phase thereof on which HDV proposes to build, isbuilding or has built the Development (and as may be related to the relevant Demolition Phase).

Examples of Build Phase in a sentence

  • The steering committee takes fundamental decisions within the Build Phase and exercises control functions.

  • The main contacts for the Build Phase will agree on the number, extent and timeline of such sessions.

  • The main contacts from each party are in particular responsible for the creation of a detailed milestone plan for the Build Phase, to manage their resources and to check the progress of the Build Phase.

  • Customer will ensure that all of the employees it assigns to the Build Phase are proficient and suitably qualified to carry out their tasks.

  • If SAP considers that a material contribution, response or action required from Customer is delayed to a point that the Build Phase milestone plan is being negatively impacted or cannot reasonably be met due to such delay, SAP will promptly inform Customer in writing.

  • Should Customer not respond without 24 hours, the overall Build Phase timeline will be extended, at minimum, by the time associated with Customer’s delay.

  • Customer shall then either: (i) immediately respond; (ii) take the required action; or (iii) request a suspension of the Build Phase subject to Customer assuming any additional costs associated with such suspension on the basis of the then current SAP rates.

  • The goal of this task is to conduct activities and prepare deliverables for the selection process for the Build Phase.

  • In addition, deliverables developed under this task will be used to amend the agreement for those projects chosen to move onto Build Phase.

  • These deliverables will be used to select which Design Phase projects will receive funding for the Build Phase.

Related to Build Phase

  • Development Phase means the period before a vehicle type is type approved.

  • Construction Phase means that Phase of the Project which shall commence after the Authority provides the Trade Contractor with written Notice to Proceed with the Construction Phase.

  • Design-build team means an entity that consists of:

  • Design Phase means the period during which the Transporter shall prepare a draft project proposal for publication in accordance with section 4.3;

  • Construction Phase Services means the coordination, implementation and execution of the Work required by this Agreement, which are further defined in Article 8.

  • Tenant Improvement Work means the construction of the Tenant Improvements, together with any related work (including demolition) that is necessary to construct the Tenant Improvements.

  • Design-Builder means the Person selected pursuant to the RFP that enters into the Contract with the Department to design and construct the Project (also referred to as the “Design-Build Team”).

  • Phase 1 means the phase of the ATP comprised of: (1) improvements to the State Street Substation; (2) construction of the Proposed Line; (3) the rebuilding of NYSEG’s existing Lines 971 and 000 xxxxx xx Xxxxxxxx Xxxx xx the NYSEG ROW to allow for construction of the Proposed Line as intended; (4) improvements to the Elbridge Substation to accept the Proposed Line; and (5) National Grid’s conveyance to NYSEG of the NYSEG Acquired ROW and such other land interests as contemplated by the Purchase and Sale Agreement.

  • Design-Build Firm means a partnership, corporation or other legal entity that:

  • Contract Drawings means only those drawings specifically entitled as such and listed in the Specifications or in any Addendum, or any drawings furnished by the Commissioner, pertaining or supplemental thereto.

  • Design-build means a project delivery method in which the detailed design and subsequent construction is provided through a single contract with a Design-Build firm; a team, partnership, or legal entity that includes design professionals and a builder. The Design-Build Project delivery shall be implemented in accordance with Tex. Gov’t Code § 2166.2531.2

  • Project Completion means the date, as determined by the Division after consultation with the Recipient, that operation of the Project is initiated or is capable of being initiated, whichever comes first.

  • Design-Build Agreement means the design and construction agreement between Project Co and the Design-Builder, a certified copy of which has been delivered by Project Co to the Authority, as amended, supplemented or replaced from time to time in accordance with this Agreement;

  • Phase 2 means the phase of the ATP comprised of: (1) improvements to the State Street Substation to receive Rebuilt Line 972; (2) the rebuilding of NYSEG’s existing Line 972 not performed in Phase 1; (3) construction of Relocated Line 15; (4) the construction of Bused Line 5; (5) improvements to the Elbridge Substation to receive Relocated Line 15; and (6) improvements to the Elbridge Substation to receive Bused Line 5.

  • Tenant Improvements Defined in Exhibit B, if any.

  • Design-build contract means a single contract with a Design-Build Firm for the design and construction of a public construction project.

  • Phase 3 means the period commencing on the day after the Phase 2 implementation date and ending on the Phase 3 implementation date (as defined below).

  • project completion period means the period of sixty (60) months commencing from and expiring on for the construction and obtaining of Temporary Occupation Permit or Permits for the whole of the Development as provided in clause 3.3;

  • Project Schedule means a document that, with respect to each Phase of the Project, identifies, coordinates and integrates the anticipated design and construction schedules, the Contracting Authority’s and Owner's responsibilities, government authority reviews and other activities as are necessary for the timely completion of the Work.

  • New Work means any Services/Deliverables outside the scope of the Contract and not specifically provided under any Statement of Work, that once added will result in the need to provide the Contractor with additional consideration.

  • Project Completion Date means the date on which the Completion Certificate is issued;

  • Study Completion means the database for the Study has been locked and all Essential Documents have been provided to the Sponsor, including a copy of the letter from the Reviewing HREC acknowledging receipt of the final report and/or closure letter from the Principal Investigator.

  • Phase III means human clinical trials, the principal purpose of which is to establish substantial evidence of both safety and efficacy in patients with the disease or condition being studied, as more fully defined in 21 C.F.R. §312.21(c) or similar clinical study in a country other than the United States. Phase III shall also include any other human clinical trial intended to serve as a pivotal trial to support the submission of an application for regulatory approval.

  • Mechanical Completion means that (a) all components and systems of the Project have been properly constructed, installed and functionally tested according to EPC Contract requirements in a safe and prudent manner that does not void any equipment or system warranties or violate any permits, approvals or Laws; (b) the Project is ready for testing and commissioning, as applicable; (c) Seller has provided written acceptance to the EPC Contractor of mechanical completion as that term is specifically defined in the EPC Contract.

  • Installation Work means the construction and installation of the System and the Start-up, testing and acceptance (but not the operation and maintenance) thereof; all performed by or for the Power Producer at the Premises.

  • Building Work has the meaning given to it in section 6 of the Building and Construction Industry (Improving Productivity) Act 2016 (Cth).
