Buildable Square Footage definition
Buildable Square Footage means the sum of the areas of all floors of a building measured from the faces of the exterior walls.
Buildable Square Footage means the aggregate square footage of the Building(s) located on a Lot, unless no Building has been constructed, in which case Buildable Square Footage means the aggregate square footage of all Buildings that may be constructed on the Lot, as shown on the Site Plan approved by the City of , or if not yet approved, then as may be approved by the City of .
