Building Agreement definition

Building Agreement means the building agreement to be entered into between the Purchaser and the Builder in terms whereof the Builder agrees to construct a dwelling on the Property;

Building Agreement means the building agreement between the Principal and the Contractor which incorporates these General Conditions and to which these General Conditions are attached;

Building Agreement means the agreement to be entered into simultaneously with this Agreement, for the construction of a house on the Erf;

More Definitions of Building Agreement

Building Agreement means the separate (but linked) building agreement referred to in clause 20 below, annexed hereto marked "D";
