Building and Improvements definition

Building and Improvements means the structures and improvements located on the Condominium Property and built substantially in accordance with the Plans and Specifications.
Building and Improvements. The Insuring Party shall obtain and keep in force during the term of this Lease a policy or policies in the name of Lessor, with loss payable to Lessor and to the holders of any mortgages, deeds of trust or ground leases on the Premises ("Lender(s)"), insuring loss or damages to the Premises.
