Building Elevation Plans definition
Building Elevation Plans means that certain Valet Parking Level Plan, dated as of August 29, 2000, prepared by ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇, Chartered, a copy of which has been provided to ▇▇▇▇ Sub and MR Sub prior to the execution of this Agreement.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, costs and expenses associated with obtaining governmental approvals shall be borne by the Joint Venture as Project Costs to the extent that (i) changes in the design or location of the Facility from the design and location of the Facility as reflected in the Building Elevation Plans, or (ii) changes in the location of the Employee Parking Lot from the location agreed upon pursuant to the terms of Section 4.5(a) hereof, cause an actual increase in such costs and expenses.
