Building Facility definition

Building Facility means any structure, open area, or object which accommodates or is intended to accommodate Residential, Civic, Commercial, Industrial and/or Mixed Use Activities. Building Facilities also include such facilities as are customarily associated with, and are appropriate, incidental, and subordinate to Residential, Civic, Commercial, Industrial and/or Mixed Use Activities.
Building Facility shall have the meaning assigned thereto in Recital B.
Building Facility means any building which a member of the public may be expected to enter. “FHWA” shall mean the Federal Highway Administration.

Tenant shall comply with the rules and regulations of the Building attached as Exhibit E and such other reasonable rules and regulations adopted by Landlord from time to time, including rules and regulations for the performance of Alterations (defined in Section 9).

  • Common Areas and Facilities means collectively the Development Common Areas and Facilities and the Residential Common Areas and Facilities and all those parts and such of the facilities of the Development designated as common areas and facilities in any Sub-Deed;
