Building Floor Plans definition

Building Floor Plans means the floor plans of the Building attached hereto as Exhibit C.
Building Floor Plans means the plans annexed to this Lease and marked: Tenant Lease Plan Level LG Tenant Lease Plan Level 00 Tenant Lease Plan Level 01 Tenant Lease Plan Level 02 Tenant Lease Plan Level 03 Tenant Lease Plan L▇▇▇▇ ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇ CDM Regulations: the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2007. Building Floor Plans. The floor plans for the building models offered for sale in the project should appeal to a broad range of perspective buyer profiles. As such, the developer will offer a model that includes a first floor master bedroom option. Buffering: Transitional yard buffering should be provided along the southern edge of the site adjacent to the existing single-family homes along the north side of Ray Street. This should be accomplished through the combined use of trees, landscape plantings, and high quality fencing when parking and paving improvements are located in close proximity to this shared property line. Where possible, landscape retention/detention areas should be incorporated into the transitional yard buffer to reduce the length of continuous transitional yard fencing. Site Circulation and Site Access: The primary vehicular access for the new homes will be from a shared private driveway or alley system. The shared driveway or alley system shall be privately owned and maintained and constructed with concrete curb and gutter. Strong public pedestrian access between ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Place and ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Avenue should be provided. Parking: All residential buildings shall include two garage spaces. The development should provide a minimum of four parking spaces per unit, unless reduced by the City.

  • Landlord leases to Tenant, subject to the provisions of this Lease, the Premises in the Building as set forth in the Basic Lease Information, the usable space of which is shown on the Building Floor Plans, attached hereto as Exhibit B.
