Building Loan Mortgage definition

Building Loan Mortgage means the Fee and Leasehold Building Loan Mortgage, Assignment of Leases and Rents, Security Agreement and Fixture Filing of even date herewith executed by Borrower in favor of Lender, as the same may be modified, amended, split, consolidated, replaced, substituted or extended from time to time.
Building Loan Mortgage shall have the meaning set forth in the Building Loan Agreement.
Building Loan Mortgage means that certain Building Loan Fee and Leasehold Mortgage, Assignment of Leases and Rents and Security Agreement dated the date hereof, executed and delivered by Borrower to Lender as security for the Building Loan and encumbering the Property.

More Definitions of Building Loan Mortgage

Building Loan Mortgage. The term “Building Loan Mortgage” as used in this Agreement shall mean a certain mortgage and security agreement and assignment of lessors interest in leases and rents dated the date hereof in the principal sum of $11,000,000.00 executed and delivered by the Borrower and intended to be duly recorded in Bronx County, State of New York securing the Building Loan Note.
Building Loan Mortgage means the Existing Building Loan Mortgage prior to the date of the Second BLA Amendment and the assignment of Substitute Building Loan Mortgage B to BLP Unit Lender, and upon such assignment shall mean the Substitute Building Loan Mortgage A, encumbering the Remaining Premises.
