Security Agreement definition

Security Agreement. With respect to any Cooperative Loan, the agreement between the owner of the related Cooperative Shares and the originator of the related Mortgage Note that defines the terms of the security interest in such Cooperative Shares and the related Proprietary Lease.
Security Agreement means the security and pledge agreement, dated as of the Closing Date, executed in favor of the Administrative Agent for the benefit of the holders of the Obligations by each of the Loan Parties.

  • No release from the liens of this Security Agreement or any part of the Collateral by the Trustee shall in any way alter, vary, or diminish the force, effect or lien of this Security Agreement on the balance of the Collateral.
